Mind-Body Stress Reduction Workshop Sponsored by Aetna
An invitation to move toward less stress, greater balance, more control and more enthusiasm in your life. Back to back sessions for you to enjoy.
Mind-body Stress Reduction techniques use meditation and yoga to cultivate awareness and reduce stress. It is based on the ancient practice of mindfulness and yoga, which provides a way of learning to restore within yourself a balanced sense of health and wellbeing. These techniques ignite your inner capacity and infuse your life with more balance and overall awareness. Come join Dr. Kyra Bobinet as she takes us on a 30 minute introductory session to experience the benefits of these mindful practices! The complementary session to Mind-body Stress Reduction is movement through Nia! Nia is a sensory-based movement lifestyle that leads to health, wellness and fitness. It empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit. The introductory movement class will be taken barefoot to soul-stirring music. Step into your own joyful journey with Nia’s instructor, Kim Thibodeau.
